This is a very dependable product, and so are the employee's who I had the pleasure to talk to when I needed advice in receiving a part that needed to be replaced. The young lady I spoke to was bright, intelligent and could not have been kinder in helping me resolve my problem and in receiving the correct part.

Love your products; but was sent several bulbs, long ago. They matched the number for my lights, but the tabs did not match. Therefore, I did not order another of that type floor lamp. I prefer your magnifying glass to all of the others I have tried; I am legally blind.
