I was excited about this product as my boyfriend was really in a bad place, mentally. Along with walking, outdoor pushrod and therapy, this light has really become almost a fun diversion. He smiles and jokes “I’m having therapy” if I ask about him in the mornings and his mood has definitely been lifted over the last week of using his light. I recommend!

This is my second Verilux light. I gave my first one to my daughter and purchased a new one with an LED for myself. I use the light in the morning before work or before I get my day started. It makes a HUGE difference in my life. I have more energy, sleep better and don't feel blue when the days are short. I LOVE my light!!!!

Not 100% sure if the light is helping my moods or not. But the lights came quickly, shipped in a good protective box and they do light up. Update 1/4/2019- been using my lights for a couple of weeks now. One at work and one at home. I do seem to be in a better mood. Sleeping better (thru the night-for the most part). If you are diagnosed with S.A.D., it can't hurt to try one of these lights.
