First of all I do NOT trust this trustpilot, nor any survey scheme or scam. I truly hope that i DO NOT have any annoying unsolicited e messages or postal junk mail. I read the directions you gave for changing the light fixture in the floor length V light, plugged it in and turned it on. It does NOT work. When it did work, I was satisfied with the product. Now, it is 100% useless. Never again, and I will Not recommend your product. I do not wish to have any part of my identity published. I do NOt wish to accept your policies.
