Fantastic experience.

First experience with Verilux. Order shipped quickly arrived safely and I am very pleased with the lamp. Despite being well packed one bulb shattered in shipping. I have requested a replacement by e-mail as the company had closed for holidays. I'm sure they will respond appropriately quickly. Good impression of Verilux.

Received light last week. Light flickers and emailed customer service regarding issue. They refused to send me a shipping label to return it. They stated that the model i purchased “never had any issues like this and was unheard of”. Basically accused me of lying about it. They want me to send it back (my cost) to get it tested. Wouldn’t a reputable company just offer to replace it ? Or refund my money? Unreal.

I have purchased four verilux products. All are superior.

I love the new verily floor standing lamp. The new touch control is great.

I LOVE the product! It was delivered on time and it has made a HUGE difference to my severe Seasonal Affective Disorder. I feel almost as alert and present as I do in summertime, which is just astonishing considering that at this time of year I'm usually a sleepless miserable wreck. Thank you, thank you, thank you for fixing my mental health this winter! The only thing that I wish were different is that the warranty is only one year. Also, I couldn't find anything on the website about whether I would need to pay for shipping on warranty-related matters, so I assume that I would. So far it hasn't broken down, so I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

My sunlight therapy light arrived a day earlier than anticipated. I was also able to get a really good deal by finding a coupon on-line. Verilux accepted the discount and my shipping was free as well. As for the lamp itself, I love the way it looks. I've only had it 4-days, so I'm not sure if my Seasonal Affected Disorder is getting better. But, I am definitely more awake in the morning after using it. And that's a really great thing, since I have to be awake every morning at 3am in order to be at work by 4am. I never see the sun, so I believe this lamp will help; at least I hope it does.
