Needed help to find proper bulb for Edison base 60w bulb for Rise and Shine alarm lamp. Lamp had incorrect model number for bulb and website lacked any clear information to assist. Customer support was extremely helpful in resolving issue.

I Love These Lamps I have had the Table Lamp and the Happy Lamp for a year now. I can see things easier and clearer with the Table Lamp. Office lighting doesn't provide enough light. The Happy Lamp is speaks for itself. I think all the ladies at work should invest in one. Everyone always comments how I'm always smiling.

I would recommend Verilux to anyone. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the order, for which I had paid over $94 in expedited shipping fees, arrived late. When I contacted Verilux regarding the problem, customer service was outstanding in promptly responding and refunding the fees.

I have always had good service from Verilux. Their customer service is great: on an order for Christmas, I ordered online, and as soon as I finished I realized that I had left myself as the shipping address, instead of the person it was intended for. A quick call to customer service and the whole thing was fixed, no problem. Many online stores do not allow for this, so I am glad Verilux could do it. I have also been very happy with their products, some of which I've had for many years and are still going strong. I have one of their floor lamps that is 10+ years old, and it is my Go-To light for reading and close work like sewing and knitting. Best light in my house!

I was extremely disappointed to learn that I could not but replacement parts, other than bulbs, for my Verilux floor lamp. The suggestions made were to figure out a way to stabilize it or buy a new one. Ridiculous. I have had the floorlamp for many years and the pole began to tilt to one side. The inner threading of the pole no longer gripped the bolt in the base. I would NOT recommend a new purchase of their lamps to anyone. I was satisfied to get a new bulb quickly. I have now converted the floor lamp to a desk lamp, but it has taken up valuable space on my desk.

Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to offer replacement parts for every lamp that we've made over the years, so we offer replacement parts for the most common items that need to be replaced (bulbs, ballasts and lenses) and a warranty policy: https://verilux.com/customer-support/warranty-information We find this works for most cases, but understand it did not resolve your issue.
