While very satisfied with Happy Light, am totally dissatisfied with customer servic experience. I returned a floor lamp unopened. Received verification Verilux received it now seven days ago. Called yesterday and was told a refund may take three to four weeks. Must be the problem of dealing with a small company. I've never experienced such a lag before, nor unwillingness to work to expedite the process. How many returns must this company receive to be so slow, and especially for a clearly unopened package and product. I am very unimpressed.

Very helpful, especially when my product was sent back by UPS. They quickly cleared up the matter and resent.

Very pleased with this product and the purchase process. I am located in New Zealand and I could not find any local sources for light therapy lamps so I went to the 'Net. Purchase was straight forward and I had it shipped to a forwarder in Oregon who on shipped it to NZ. All went as it should.
