Take your money and leave you to dry. I have been waiting over 72 hours for Veriheal to get my ID updated with the state when they told me it would take just 10 minutes. I have not been able to get my meds for 3 days because of their incompetence. Go somewhere else!

Very easy process, had a great experience with Veriheal.

Veriheal gave me incorrect information about how to obtain a card in WA state, they told me they would mail the dr recommendation letter 2-3 weeks after the appt and that I would then need to register with the state via a link they would send me and that the state would mail me a card. When I looked up that information online, I found on the doh site, that you are meant to take the form into an approved store to register and the store will issue you the card. When I called Veriheal back to confirm, they again told me I would be sent a link to register with the state, I asked for the link and was told no I cannot have it until after my appointment, when I pressed a little harder for the link due to what I found on the doh site, the girl finally put me on hold for a few minutes to look up the actual process in WA state and confirmed what I had found through DOH. So while Veriheal may have a simple process setup, they clearly do not have the correct information for different states, I suggest you do your own research with your state as well, and don't rely on the information they give you. They are still worth going through, but not accurate and didn't own up to their mistake rather treating me like I was wrong when asking them to double check the info they gave me.....

Professional… knowledgeable… friendly, and they make you feel safe and at home. I have been back and fourth about getting my card and going to buy in person for fear of going to a crack house to score weed. This place was literally beautiful, clean, state of the art. The employees were hands on explain everything so well and I didn’t feel awkward or anything. Well done I appreciate good and discreet buisness.
