The items I purchased are beautiful. I have not noticed any real change and I am wearing two bracelets and a ring. It took a long time to come and that surprised me as it seemed like the add said they had overstock yet I received an email that each was made when ordered. That was confusing.

Customer service was unbelievable. I placed my order and everything was great. A while later I recieved a text from Willa who helps run Vera's Copper and she said I had forgotten to use my 20% discount. So she hooked me up so I was able to use use the discount and answered several of my questioned about the jewelry She also asked why I was interested in the copper. And it was because of arthritis which hinders my movement. She made a few helpful suggestions and said if I had any questions or concerns once I received my order, to text her.
