Took over two months to receive. I wore it day and night for about six weeks (just over the return policy)and the underneath side is pitted and the magnets have rusted. It still looks nice from the outside. I tried to get it replaced, even sent pictures, per their request and they apologized but said they would not replace or refund. It’s definitely a scam!

The products are shipped from an undisclosed overseas location. When my items arrived, there was no packaging slip with information about returns. Email inquiry resulted in a back and forth offering me the option of keeping the items and being reimbursed for a % of the purchase price. Now, 30%. Return shipping is at your expense. Google TEMU Copper and you'll see the same exact jewelry. RIP OFF!

I placed this order June 18th. Website says it's made in Sedona Arizona and that there is a "30 day refund gaurantee" so I figured that was plenty of time to decide if I liked it or not. After 2wks passed and I hadn't received my package I started doing research (yes, should have done that before) and it showed an address it was coming from Hong Kong. I immediately reached out and asked for my order to be cancled. I was told it was "enroute" and couldn't be cancled but I could refuse it when it got here. I contacted my bank about the scam and luckily was refunded my purchase amount. Then at the begining of August an order is left at my door from GOFO. There is no way to refuse it. I contact the merchant and ask them how they would like me to return it and they said I couldn't. Best they could do is charge me $9.99 per item to return or they would give me a 10% refund on my original purchase. I told them I wasn't paying to have something returned due to their advertisement being a lie and that luckily my bank had agreed with me and refunded my money because this was a scam. I tried to return it but they wouldn't allow it. Needless to say, I opened the item. The product "looks" pretty but it is cheaply made and nothing like what they advertise. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MERCHANT. ADVERTISEMENT IS A LIE. IT'S COMING FROM HONG KONG!!

Took 2 months to rec then they left it in the lobby of my building. It showed up two weeks later at my door. Anklet says adjustable but it's only 9"my ankle is 10" tight so need 10 1/2 min. They offered to replace it for $9.99 shipping. How will a replacement fit?

Yea this is a scam. The bracelet came from China. I did not try to return it but it is obvious that it is not real. They even sent a follow up email about how real copper will turn your skin green and this is harmless and will wash off. I have had the bracelet on for 2 months day and night, and no discoloration. Total scam. The bracelet is pretty but not solid copper, maybe not copper at all?
