⭐ 1 STAR — PLEASE RESEARCH THIS COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING I am extremely concerned and disappointed with my experience with Vera’s Copper. The advertising I saw gave me the impression that I was purchasing beautiful, handcrafted copper jewellery from a woman personally making her pieces. The products are advertised as handmade and 99.9% pure copper. It was only AFTER I had made my purchases and checked my bank account that I discovered my transactions were showing as: “VERAS COPPER — HONG KONG HK.” I was shocked. This was absolutely not what I believed I was purchasing from based on the advertising and story presented to me. I have spent hundreds of dollars that I simply cannot afford to lose, and my order still has not arrived. Since purchasing, I have started researching Vera’s Copper and have discovered complaints and discussions from other customers that have made me extremely concerned. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about purchasing to investigate the Vera’s Copper discussions and pages on Facebook for themselves. Read what customers are saying and look at the photographs, screenshots and other information people have posted. Some customers are reporting that the jewellery they received does not appear to be handcrafted as they expected. There are also customers questioning whether items they received are actually 99.9% pure copper, including photographs of damaged or broken pieces. I cannot personally verify the composition of jewellery other customers have received, so I encourage people to look at the evidence and customer experiences themselves and make their own decision. What I CAN personally verify is that I made these purchases believing the representation being presented to me, and only after checking my Australian bank account did I discover the merchant transactions were identified as “VERAS COPPER HONG KONG HK.” Had I known this information and seen these customer complaints before ordering, I would NOT have spent my money. I have now formally contacted Vera’s Copper demanding cancellation of my outstanding order and a FULL REFUND. I encourage anyone considering buying from this company to research it thoroughly BEFORE handing over their money. Vera’s Copper, I am requesting the immediate return of ALL of my money.
