The jewelry is beautiful and I was very impressed with the follow up I received thanking me for my order etc. I did have a problem with one item and they told me how to take care of the problem.

Delivery of my order took a long time based on the delivery time on the website. The bracelets are a little big for my wrist. I like the design I ordered.

I purchased the Sand copper Anklet in mid May. I have not taken it off since I received it. I have a nerve issue in my right toes, making walking very painful with out having regular shots in my foot. I thought I would try the copper bracelet and am 100%sold! No pain since I have been wearing it. I am getting another one to wear this winter with socks. Thank you Vera for the beautiful products! I just purchased 4 more pieces!

I finally received my items ordered. It took several weeks. It did not appear to be the venders fault it looked to be held up in shipping. They delivered when I was on vacation which was a hassle because I had to find someone to go and get the package from the front door. Three weeks is a long time with no warning when the package was to be delivered.

The bracelet and ring are absolutely amazing! Haven’t lost the rounded shape. Not heavy. And they texted me to make sure my order arrived and everything was good with it! They went above and beyond with that in my opinion! Highly recommend!!

I thought I was buying a legit copper bracelet from Lousiana or Wyoming as these were the states mentioned in the advertising. They got my address wrong. So I wrote to customer service and got no response for 3 days. Found out they are in Hong Kong, with a long list of complaints from the Better Business Bureau. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I have reached out 6 different times by email and have had NO response largely because that must be a dead end email. Looks like I need to stay with in person jewelry purchases. DO NOT do business this con artist.

Had a problem with one of the bracelets being too big for me and when I emailed them, they let me either send it back for a refund or keep it and gave me a discount for the next order.

Delivery was fast and the turquoise copper bracelet was beautiful and well made.
