I had placed an order at Vera's and canceled it requesting a refund the same day. I reached out through email and have not received any word I canceled on the 13th I am now going to try and get it first through the bank I have not heard or had any contact from them whatsoever I feel this is very unprofessional and it should have been a red flag because they are going out of business buyer beware.
