I have been wearing my ring and bracelet since I received it and have noticed that I have been in less pain when I walk my daughter has noticed the same since I gave her the ring to wear. So far so good I have had. No issues with my skin turning green from the copper yet so hopefully that is a good sign as well. Thank you
