Great service from start to finish; customer service were very quick to respond to my email, they arrived to Scotland within two days which is amazing, and they look as gorgeous as I'd imagined they would. I was dubious after reading the reviews on here, but fortunately I had such a great experience with Venus et Fleur. Can't wait to buy more for my house!

Our experience was par excellence. Our flower order did not get delivered on time but sat in NJ FedEx on the event day. A few very anxiety filled hours. Once I called and informed the owner, they made sure that the exact order was duplicated and sent with a private cab driver overnight and made sure that it reached Pittsburgh half hour before the event started No one else could have pulled it through. Thanks🙏

Thank you so much for your kind words, we are so happy to hear this! It means a lot to know your arrangement arrived as expected and continues to look beautiful. We’re especially happy to hear your girlfriend loves them, that’s exactly the experience we hope to create with every order. We truly appreciate your support and are honored to be your go-to for flowers.

Beyond pleased with my experience, the arrangements are beautiful. I had some issues with one arrangement delivered faulty (it’s not the business fault, the arrangements were carefully packaged professionally). Customer service immediately helped me. I’d recommend this company any day!

I received a box of teal roses as a gift for my birthday in April 2021. It is almost 3 years later and they still look and smell AMAZING! I can’t believe how beautiful they smell after this long. Wish I could attach pictures to this review. Love them!

I recently placed an order through Venus, It arrived in 2 days and is gorgeous, just like in the pictures. They were packaged well and came with instructions for on going care. I also received a follow up with useful information. This isn't a cheap arrangement and isn['t for everyone, but considering how long they last, I felt it was well worth every penny I spent

These Venus Et Fleur flowers are an excellent product and it comes in the most presentable package. Roses have an extremely long fragrance life. We're very happy with our purchases and will continue to purchase regularly.
