Failed delivery and extremely disappointing customer service
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend, but Venus et Fleur failed to include the correct recipient’s name on the shipment. UPS reported that the company or recipient’s name was incorrect, and the package is now being returned to the sender. Because of this mistake, my girlfriend never received her flowers, and I couldn’t follow through on the surprise I had planned for her.
I contacted a customer service representative named Georgia by email and repeatedly asked her to correct the error. She did not resolve the issue and eventually stopped responding to my emails and requests for help.
Despite reaching out before the package was returned, I was left without a solution. For a company that presents itself as a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. A meaningful gift turned into a frustrating experience. Based on how my order and concerns were handled, I would not recommend Venus et Fleur.

Like 95% of the 1 star reviews, quality was horrendous & customer service nonexistent
Like 95% of the 1 star reviews, my order of peonies was received dry, cracking & small speckles of mold. I immediately contacted them & their AI customer service had me upload photos and agreed they were dry & cracking and forward me to humans to arrange for replacement. The humans decided that they were acceptable and refused to replace them. Mind you, I have 5 other Venus et Fleur rose arrangements that I’ve had for years. Hence, why I bought the $800 peonies. Shocked that they are taking this stance. Offered to return for an exchange; nothing. Reading the rest of these reviews sure seems like they are deservingly circling the drain. If you try to leave a review within their site, it’s blocked. Sad…they used to produce an amazing product. AVOID. No integrity left.

Literally the WORST experience with…
Literally the WORST experience with this company. I selected a color scheme on their website, there seems to have been a glitch because they sent me the WRONG color that I did not want, woudl never choose, can't use, and does not match. They refused to help or do anything when contacted. They are dying on this hill that there could not possibly be anything wrong with their system and it is my fault and too bad basically. They were nasty and I highly encourage people to stay away from them. I am out $500 for nothing.

Very disappointed with the quality and customer service
I purchased an arrangement from Venus et Fleur expecting the quality and appearance represented on their website. Unfortunately, the arrangement I received had a significant number of flowers with broken and torn petals, particularly throughout the lower portion of the arrangement.
I contacted customer service and provided multiple photos clearly showing the condition of the flowers. After reviewing my photos, Venus et Fleur’s Quality Control Team told me that the arrangement “does not appear to show any signs of damage.”
They explained that minor petal tears and slight waves are normal characteristics of real flowers. I completely understand that these are real flowers and that some natural imperfections can occur. However, my concern was not about one or two imperfect petals. Many of the lower flowers had visibly broken or torn petals, which significantly affected the overall appearance of the arrangement.
What was most disappointing was that, despite providing multiple photos showing the condition of the flowers, my concerns were dismissed as normal characteristics of real flowers. I do not believe the condition of the arrangement I received matched the quality or presentation I expected from the product shown on their website.
I understand that real flowers will naturally have some variation, but I also believe there is a reasonable difference between natural imperfections and receiving an arrangement with numerous visibly broken petals.
Overall, I am disappointed not only with the condition of the arrangement but also with how my complaint was handled. I expected better quality and a more reasonable resolution from Venus et Fleur.

The flowers looked like they attended their own funeral!
I don’t even know where to begin with this disaster.
I spent over $1,600 on flowers from Venus et Fleur, paid extra for overnight shipping, and somehow ended up enrolled in the “Guess When Your Flowers Will Arrive” subscription.
Package #1: Arrived three days late (so much for overnight). I was home when it was delivered, so it wasn’t sitting outside. Yet when I opened the black box, it felt like I was releasing steam from a crockpot. The roses looked like they’d just finished a marathon in the Sahara—wilted, overheated, and hanging on for dear life.
Customer service assured me my second package was “on the way.”
Package #2: Decided to make its grand entrance a week later. The hydrangeas arrived looking like they’d lost a fight with a garbage truck. Ripped. Smushed. Ratty. The box was upside down, and the flowers looked like they’d been used as packing material instead of the product.
I contacted customer service again. They asked for photos of the shipping label. Unfortunately, I had already left for vacation, but I did have plenty of pictures of the floral crime scene. Apparently, the label was more important than the flowers themselves.
Their solution? “We’ll send you more flowers.”
While on vacation, I spent more time emailing customer service than relaxing. After what felt like an Olympic event in customer support, they agreed to refund my overnight shipping—but not the flowers. They then told me they’d resend my order. Days later, they asked for my address (again), which I provided.
After hearing absolutely nothing, I followed up to ask where my replacement was.
Their response?
“They’re out of stock.”
Wait…what?
So the replacement flowers that were supposedly being sent never actually existed?
At this point we’re nearly four weeks into this saga. No quality flowers. No replacement. No full refund. Just endless emails, broken promises, and now…a gift card.
A gift card.
Because after this experience, obviously my first thought is, “You know what? I’d love to gamble another $1,600 with this company.”
I chose Venus et Fleur because they market themselves as a luxury brand with exceptional quality. Instead, I received late deliveries, overheated roses, crushed hydrangeas, poor communication, and customer service that moved slower than my flowers.
If you’re considering ordering, just know that “overnight shipping” appears to be more of a motivational slogan than an actual shipping method.
The flowers in their advertisements are stunning. Unfortunately, mine looked like they had already attended their own funeral.

Jessica,
We are truly sorry for the experience you had and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after choosing us for such a significant purchase.
After reviewing your order and shipment history, we do want to provide a bit of context regarding the delivery timeline. Your order consisted of two separate shipments. As reflected in the tracking information ("1 out of 2 items in this package"), both items shipped on Monday, as Overnight shipping selected on a Sunday is processed the next business day due to carrier operating schedules. The first shipment was delivered the following day as expected. Unfortunately, the second shipment experienced an unexpected weather-related delay while in UPS's network, which is also reflected in the carrier's tracking updates. We sincerely apologize for that delay and the condition in which it ultimately arrived.
We did refund your overnight shipping charges as soon as the delay was reported. However, we truly fell short with how your case was handled. The length of time it took to reach a resolution, the inconsistent communication, and ultimately learning that a replacement was no longer available is not the experience we expect to provide, nor is it representative of our standards as a luxury brand.
Because of this, senior management will be personally reviewing your case, including how it was handled internally. We will be issuing you a full refund, and we would also like to send you a complimentary arrangement as a gesture of goodwill. A member of our management team will be reaching out to you directly shortly to discuss everything further.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. While we cannot undo your experience, we are committed to making this right.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VENUS ET FLEUR!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VENUS ET FLEUR!! I ordered flowers for my 10 year anniversary. THEY NEVER CAME!! I PAID 473.00 for nothing. They stated the flowers were delivered to the receptionist at my wife job. No one at the office ever received a delivery!! Then when I called they offered half off on the next delivery!! WTF!! They never delivered the original order! Also the pay extra to guarantee the day of the delivery is a scam.... Why because they tell you they can't guarantee the time. they supposedly delivered flowers to a receptionist WHEN THE DANG OFFICE WAS CLOSED! HOW! Then management says they will call back and don't,. know one will help. there is no address for a lawyer to send paperwork to you, only an email address that no one responds too!! if you want to keep your money, then DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been when this gift did not reach the intended recipient.
According to UPS tracking, the package was marked as delivered at 6:10 PM and accepted at the business location. Publicly available business hours for the club indicate it closes at 7:00 PM, so the delivery occurred during their posted operating hours.
As noted on our website and FAQ, while customers may select a preferred delivery date, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time because shipments are handled by UPS and delivery schedules are determined by their routing.
When you contacted us, a manager from our team returned your call. During a subsequent conversation, we also confirmed the identity of the representative you had previously spoken with to ensure there was no confusion regarding your interactions with our team. As a remote company, we do not operate from a customer-facing office location, which is why support is provided through our phone, email, and online channels.
We also offered either an immediate replacement arrangement or a full store credit for the inconvenience. Because UPS confirmed delivery to the business and did not classify the package as lost, we were unable to issue a refund under these circumstances.
We always want our customers to have a positive experience and regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations.

I am extremely disappointed with my Thalia arrangement
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Venus et Fleur, especially given the luxury price point.
I purchased a $650 arrangement for my mom and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived perfectly. Instead, the roses arrived broken, crumbled, and visibly damaged. To make matters worse, the card had the wrong name, and although I paid for 56+ roses, only 46 were included.
What made this experience even more upsetting was the customer service response. Despite sending multiple photos clearly showing the damage, I was told there were “no quality or damage issues” and that a replacement would only be sent after I shipped the ruined arrangement back and waited for proof it was in transit. I was essentially asked to accept delays and extra work for mistakes that were not mine.
This was meant to be a meaningful, special gift, and instead it became stressful and heartbreaking. For a brand that positions itself as luxury, the quality control and resolution offered fell far short of expectations. I expected accountability, empathy, and an immediate replacement—not resistance.
I would not recommend this company based on this experience or quality.

I purchased a Venus et Fleur…
I purchased a Venus et Fleur arrangement as a Mother’s Day gift for order #1020868. When it arrived, the flowers were already falling apart — petals scattered throughout the interior of the gift box and a full bloom completely detached on the lid tray. This was a defective product delivered in their own branded packaging.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos documenting all the damage. What followed was nearly a week of runaround — requests for more photos, promises to escalate to management, two full days of silence, and ultimately an offer to refund me only AFTER I return the item they never properly sent me in the first place. Mother’s Day came and went with no gift and no resolution.
For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself on luxury and life’s special moments, the product quality and customer service were an absolute disgrace. I’ve since filed a chargeback. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hi Kyle,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We would like to provide some additional context regarding your order.
Your concerns were first reported to our team on May 6th, and after reviewing the photos provided, we offered an immediate replacement arrangement so we could ensure a new gift arrived in time for Mother’s Day. That resolution was declined. Additionally, while we did request that the original arrangement be returned, the replacement would have been processed simultaneously, meaning you would not have needed to wait for the original item to arrive back to us before your replacement shipped.
Your order was placed with our “Get It in Time for Mother’s Day” shipping option, which carried an estimated delivery window through May 9th. At the time your concerns were reported, there was still sufficient time for us to replace the arrangement within that delivery window and ensure a gift was received ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday.
As our arrangements are handcrafted and made with real preserved roses, unfortunately, damages can occasionally occur in transit as these items are fragile. However, when concerns are reported, our team’s priority is always to provide a prompt resolution, which in this case was an immediate replacement offer.
We understand your frustration and are sorry we were unable to reach a resolution you felt comfortable with.
