Seamless group experience
I had an outstanding experience working with Venture Ashore for our Croatia group. From the planning stages through the completion of every tour, Corey Bell was responsive, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Coordinating a large group can be challenging, but Corey made the entire process seamless and ensured every detail was handled professionally. I would not hesitate to work with Venture Ashore and Corey Bell again for future group travel. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding local partners helped create an unforgettable experience for all of our travelers.

Captain Jack and Mason were amazing!
Captain Jack and Mason were amazing. They handled our crazy crew of 19 with such professionalism. Their knowledge of whales and where the whales were was incredible. We saw so many amazing sites. It was an unforgettable day. I would highly recommend this company and their crew.

If you make human mistakes
If you make human mistakes, this might not be the company to use. Between my travel agent and myself, we double booked an excursion and didn’t catch the mistake until they picked us up for the excursion. The excursion itself was wonderful, but it was not worth double the price. When I attempted to contact venture ashore, they were not pleasant understanding or helpful. We will not use them again and I will not recommend them to friends and family. i’m sure I will get some AI generated Sorry about your bad luck response.

Thank you for your review. We're really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour. When you contacted us, our team looked into every aspect of your booking and did everything we could to see if there was a solution. We found that the duplicate reservation had been made under two different names and made on two different booking dates, one in March and one in May. Because of this, there was no way for us to identify it as a duplicate before the day of the tour. Unfortunately, by the time the duplicate booking came to light, the seats had already been held for your reservation and it was too late for us to resell them, so we weren't able to offer a refund. We completely understand that this was disappointing, and while we couldn't change the outcome in this instance, we did carefully investigate every point raised in an effort to help. We're pleased that you had a wonderful time on the tour and wish you all the best with your future travels. The Venture Ashore Team

We had a very nice itinerary n clear instructions with the help of Corey Bell. She had been very patient in listening to our requests .There was a tour guide who wasn’t very helpful with our passengers who have mobility problem n had been promoting his company not Venture Ashore. He gave me his card n tossed it somewhere, not interested. Our thanks also to Jen for turning us to Corey Bell , the best. Till our next trip for sure. 👏👏👏👏 Cari n Perri Bengzon -tour agents

Olivia was great to work with and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She sent plenty of helpful follow-ups as I was putting my group together, which made staying on top of everything so much easier. Tour of Florence and Pisa from La…
Tour of Florence and Pisa from La Spezia port, Italy. Excellent service. Easy to locate the guide at the port entrance and then a very interesting and enjoyable full day excursion to both Florence and Pisa including a mix of guided tours and plenty of free time. The guide (Marti) was very engaging and her knowledge certainly added to the trip. This was our third excursion with Venture Ashore and all have been of the highest quality.
