I got a case and wallet. I love them both I also got a privacy screen protector. Everything protects like it says. I have dropped my phone since putting the case on and everything is great.

The cases I ordered fit perfectly. I love the designs and the magnets are really strong. I bought a ring and wallet which fits 3 cards so its perfect for me. Love the hand feel and its super sturdy.

Love my products from Velvet Caviar!! I’ve browsed several times on the website. So many options and accessories to match. Love that my phone case, ring on back and air pods holders all have the same design!! ( and I don’t even own air pods yet) Prices are about average to other companies but the assortment is 100 times better. Shipping was affordable and efficient. Will definitely buy from again

I ordered a MagSafe phone wallet and accidentally input the wrong address at checkout. I reached out to them explaining my mistake and they generously sent me a gift card to order a new one! So kind and generous.

Ordered the second time here - chose "Duties & Tax Paid" Shipping option which was 11 $ more, but should prevent me from having to pay the import sales tax at my doorstep. Order confirmation even states "German tax 11 $". Parcel arrived, with no indication of "Duties & Tax Paid" WHATSOEVER - DHL made me pay the Tax again, PLUS their expensive handling fee of 7.50 € which is to be paid if tax needs to be collected at the doorstep. Tried to communicate with VC - I explained the problem two or three times, yet they don't want to understand. They tell me it's beyond their control if DHL needs handling fees. BUT IT IS! Neither the second tax nor the handling fee (FOR COLLECTING THE SECOND TAX) should have incurred! I paid for "Duties & Tax Paid" and nothing on the parcel states that it was sent with USPS Passport Priority Duties Paid. I am very angry, this has cost me an hour of my time, I paid the exact same tax TWICE + a stupid handling fee and VC support doesn't seem to understand the problem.
