Besides lovely cases and matching accessories. Customer Service does work hard behind the scenes. I had a great experience with an exchange when I accidentally ordered the wrong size case I have had issues one of the ring holders. (it was loose and I couldn’t hold up my phone). That issue never got resolved for replacement so I had to purchase another one. But overall, I am happy with these products which hold up to what they claim to do! They are so versatile and fun.

No complaints here. I have placed several orders and have been pleased. My only suggestion is to design cases for nurses. We would appreciate it thanks

The quality and selection of products is top tier! Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I have three of their cases and will definitely order more in the future. The Witchy Lilac Glitter case is my favorite. It combines two of my favorites together; purple and glow in the dark.

I love Velvet Cavier's phone case designs. There is something for every style. I love all of the pastel, cutesy cases. Can't wait to see the Christmas designs. I also appreciate that there are so many Samsung cases.
