I just got the new iPhone 17 Pro. I've been using Velvet Caviar for years now so I ordered my new case from there. It came quickly, fit my new phone perfectly and is super pretty. Matter of fact, I already ordered 2 more cases.

Unfortunately due to an error that wasn’t my fault, my address got entered incorrectly when I used apple pay to pay for the order even though I had written the correct shipping address in the form. I submitted a message immediately to customer service to help fix an address change but they still shipped out the order regardless and they had me deal with USPS about the package and didn’t offer any other solutions such as sending another package or refund. they even said I would have to pay the shipping fee if the package needed to be resent even tho the shipping was covered already from the order. It was a stressful experience and felt no empathy from the service which is disappointing since i love their products. customer service can be a bit slow….

I recently ordered on the 27th of September. When it arrived on the 9th, it came as I wanted it. My only issue is that the magnet left a dent. But I do hope in the future it doesn’t happen. Overall, great product!

Glad you’re enjoying your case! We really appreciate your honest feedback about the magnet and will make sure our team reviews it. ✨

Placed an order and realized I had the wrong shipping address. Actually don't even know how the address was associated with my account since I do not know the person it was shipped too. Immediately sent a message as per their instructions and said I should receive a response within 24 hours. Four days later, I am told there is nothing they could do about it. When asked why it took so long for them to address the issue, they were too busy. So I am out $49. *****Update - They agreed to send a new case to the correct Address....and the case they sent doesn't even fit an iphone 17 pro as ordered. I will never order from this company again!

We’re truly sorry for how things turned out, Sharon. Your refund has been issued, and we’ll use your feedback to help improve future experiences.
