I love my case from Velvet Caviar and will definitely be buying more so I can change with the seasons! Case feels very sturdy without being bulky, and it’s easy to put on. The quality is great and I’ve gotten several compliments. Easy to purchase from Velvet Caviar and I will buy from them again.

I had no issues with shipping; the product arrived when expected. The phone case fit perfectly on my phone and it feels very smooth and sturdy. I’ve already dropped my phone a few times and both the phone and case were not damaged. All the buttons are easily accessible, and I’ve already gotten a few compliments about how cute my phone case looks!

We ordered a case it said it was delivered. We verified shipping address, but unfortunately, this case was never received. We filed a report with the post office, contacted all of our immediate neighbors, and even put a post on our neighborhood Facebook group with no luck locating the case. When we reached out to customer service, the initial response was not great. They kept telling us to wait, to contact neighbors, to contact the post office… despite us letting them know we had already done all of that before even reaching out this went on for a few different emails. They finally told us to wait seven business days (initially it was 48 hours). By this point, it had been a 1.5-2 weeks since when we originally expected the case and it was a birthday gift for a new phone we had gotten our kiddo so we had to ultimately go purchase locally. Upon reaching back out after we waited their seven business days they offered to re-ship us the same case again we had already at this point went and purchased locally so we definitely appreciate them at least offering that. They said a refund wasn’t possible which I understand (not impressed but I get it). In the end, we found a solution. I don’t think the missing package was them as much as something with our post office probably delivering it to the wrong address. I just wish customer service would’ve been a bit easier to work with and saved us a lot of the headache and hassle of running around town, which we could’ve done in the first place it was just cheaper directly through them versus local.

I have bought three velvet caviar phone cases and each one is just gorgeous. It’s sturdy without being bulky and the grip is just perfect. The buttons on the side work very very good. I’m extremely happy with my purchases. I highly recommend these cases.

I have ordered a few cases from them and they are the best made cases I have ever bought. Forget Otterbox and Speck, these are made to slip on and fit perfectly. Had a couple problems due to warehouse or delivery service and VC responded to me same day and fixed the issues. Do not hesitate if you want a nice feeling case in your hand, so comfortable, no snapping apart layers and I feel more secure than the Otter.

I've been buying my phone cases from velvet caviar for at least 5 years now. Initially I purchased a case off an ad because I liked the design. I keep going back because their products are made well and priced fairly. I can always find new designs I like. I have purchased cases as well as other accessories like earbud cases and magnetic wallets. I've never had an issue with any product.
