I ordered the cutest case—the Many Moods of Snoopy and a matching mag safe grip ring. They came quickly, fit perfectly, seem very protective and I love them!!!! ♥️♥️♥️. The grip ring is much more comfortable than a pop socket.

This is so sweet, Martha! We love hearing that the case feels protective and cute, and that the grip ring is more comfortable for you ✨

I have probably ordered from your company a dozen times or more and have only returned one case but it cost $12 to return the case which I think is absolutely absurd. However they are very responsive anytime I email with questions. I do have one zebra case I am starting to get disappointed with. It has a brown ring around it and it would probably be too much trouble to return and also too late to return also. It would also probably cost a lot.

Hi there! We totally understand your frustration with the return cost, and we’re sorry to hear about the discoloration on your zebra case too. If you’d like, feel free to send us a photo, we’d be happy to take a look. Send us an email at [email protected] ✨

Such a great phone case! Protects my phone from drops and looks amazing while doing it! I love the bundled option! Everything is matching and looks so posh! Got the magnetic wallet holder and that was fabulous AND STRONG!! I could hardly remove it. Absolutely love Velvet Caviar! Will definitely shop again

They are very unresponsive. I tried to email them using the email address they sent me but I received a return email stating that email address does not exist. I see both positive and negative reviews but my experience with them is very poor.
Response from Velvet CaviarMay 13, 2026
We’re sorry to hear this, Dean. That definitely shouldn’t have happened. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into this and help out.

Was hesitant at first since I wasn’t familiar with this brand, but as a first-time buyer, I’m really pleased with my purchase. I bought a phone case and a magnetic phone ring, and both appear to be high-quality and durable. Their designs are so cute and chic, and they’ve honestly become part of my going-out fits. (They also sent me stickers) OBSESSEDDD✨💖 **Note: if you’re buying from Canada, the shipping fee is quite expensive, try to find coupons for your order**

Okayyy “part of my going-out fits” is exactly the vibe ✨💖 So happy you took a chance on us and ended up loving everything, Justine!
