Velvet CaviarReviews of velvetcaviar.com

The latest phone case that I ordered from Velvet Caviar was probably my 4th or 5th one from this company! Velvet Caviar is top tier when it comes to customer service and quality products! I'll definitely be ordering more phone cases and phone rings for my family and me!

I love that all the accessories match my phone case, I ordered the battery & MagSafe grip. About 6 months later the grip came apart, I took a picture emailed it to the company & they replaced it right away! And the replacement is a superior upgrade in design so it will never come apart again and is easier to use as well Bravo! I also dropped my phone a few times with this case and it was really protected. I’m tempted to order another set just for fashion LOL!

Ordered a case, camera lens protector & slim charger. The charger stopped working after 1 use & the lens protectors didn't fit. Sending them back for a return would require me to pay shipping. The case is flimsy but it works.

Waited over 25 days for my order……still past that NO order!! I have been in touch with their customer care team & yet still no refund or progress. I have asked for a refund twice now & not received anything…..PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM🙏🏼

I love my new phone case and credit card holder. VC has great quality products. Shipping was fast. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is the easiest review I'll ever write. I've been buying Velvet Caviar for years. I have never cracked a screen and my phone has never been damaged in any way due to the high quality of these cases. I love the protective, raised edges, even around the lenses. They constantly innovate, with cute new cases and accessories. Love that send free stickers. It shows how much they appreciate their customers. I just bought one of their new slim mag charger. I've received everything I've ever ordered over the years and always within 1-2 weeks. I won't buy a phone case anywhere else!

Edit: Of course after I made this review an employee named Gaile reached out and again offered to either refund or send me another pop socket. I took the pop socket and I did receive it. With that said, I do feel if I hadn’t posted this review, I would have never heard from them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, NOTHING BUT THEIVES. I filed a dispute with my bank for the product not being as described. Velvet Caviar reached out and agreed to provide a FULL refund if I canceled the dispute with my bank. I did this and since then they have gone cold and I have received zero communication. Also, they rescinded and crypted the emails that we were sending back and forth so that I would have no proof of their communication with me. Shame on them. Unfortunately, my bank has already rebilled so they now have been paid and I have a faulty, not as advertised product and no refund. Luckily, Paypal will help in now trying to get me a refund.

I absolutely LOVE this company! Their cases and accessories are beautiful and have saved my phone from breaking on several drops. The magnets are strong and work better than the Apple cases and items they sell at the Apple Store. Customer Service is responsive and supportive. Once I had an issue and it was resolved almost immediately. If you want a product for your phone that high quality and beautiful, order today!
