I saw the commercial and started doing some research after seeing it. Thank you Trustpilot, and all the positive and negative feedback..Thank you for sharing your real stories, as I will not be bothering with this place at all..I believe the negative 100% and the positive is just smoke screen!! I am able to see through the 83% "Excellent" reviews. I hope more people will start checking into these places before picking up the phone for such a frustrating and irritating experience.

I'm fairly certain I wrote one of the best reviews of all time not too long ago, but I have absolutely zero problem writing another because that's how GREAT I feel the Vein Clinics of America are (at least the one in Plano). Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, in the clinic are all top-notch folks, super personable and are always open with you. The treatment(s) I received went perfectly without a hitch and everything (treatment plans, payments, schedule, etc.) was explained to me in 100% perfect detail before, during and afterward that left me a very happy patient. The techs, Surgeon, nurses, NP, Office staff - everyone is great! It sounds strange to say this in a review, but I actually looked forward to getting my treatments done when I was going there. Not because of the end result, but because of how friendly everyone was (is). That alone speaks volumes about this company and this clinic in particular. So that's all - I highly, highly recommend going here if you need any work done. They still have the smallest trash can in existence in the lobby, but it does do the job well when it comes to disposing of the many Lifesaver mint candy wrappers that I compulsively eat while I'm there ;) Thanks!

The whole procedure is taking much longer than I expected. I will be happy when it is finished. It is hot wearing the support hose in the summer.

Excellent service, very professional and very nice crew.

While the staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming, the outcome of my treatment was not exactly what I was hoping for after two spider vein treatments. I do realize it may require another treatment, however I was hoping to have them removed by summer and ended up with one area having “staining”. Everybody takes differently to these treatments, I guess this time I didn’t respond as well. Will revisit the issue come fall.

I was very very pleased with my procedures/treatments at Vein Clinics of America in Allen, Texas. Every staff member was professional and courteous. The place was on time and efficient every time I went there. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and being treated by Dr. Cynthia Long and I am deeply disappointed that the clinic in Allen is closing. That means I have to find new people at new clinics that are much farther from my home.

I had spider vein treatment on one leg so far and the results are amazing. I was so embarrassed of my spider veins and to be able to wear shorts and see such drastic results is just emotional! Thank you!.
