Staff seems good but EXPENSIVE! My out of pocket is much higher than expected. First time, 4 years ago, out of pocket was about $1,400. They said it was something different about my insurance (United Healthcare). Went back this year (2019) for some clean-up and my out of pocket is approaching $2,000. First time it seemed like they cared and tried to help. This time it just felt like they were under pressure to get their sales numbers up and kept finding more new veins to treat.

This organization is so focused on volume of patients that the staff is robotic and treats you without a bit of care. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a physicians office in my life, so much so that I left mid interrogation.

I was very excited to finally have the treatments done. They explained everything in detail and things were going well. Upon one of my last treatments, my legs got very red - almost looked burned. Now after a year and a half, the redness is still there and I have brown spots where the injections were. I went back in because one of my legs looked like it was never worked on. They said the brown spots and redness would fade with time. The “left over” veins the said are not covered by insurance. Feel like the didn’t disclose everything. Extremely disappointed

I'm very disappointed that you have closed the Allen, TX location. I have been going there for years! Dr. Long and her staff were wonderful. The next closest location is in Plano (barely in it, really more like Carrolton) and 30 more minutes away. You've left the entire northeast part of the metroplex unsupported. I'm going to be looking for someplace closer!

I was seen in Rockville clinic on 8/15/19 and was scheduled to have procedure done on 9/27/19. On 9/26/19 they called me at 5 pm to tell me that they have not obtained insurance approval for my procedure yet and want me to reschedule my appointment even though they had more than a month to process it. Instead of sending request for approval to insurance company right after my visit on 8/15/19 they sent it 30 days later!!! When I asked why they sent it so late and why they are just telling me now, literally right before my appointment, they said they had other patients to handle before me! One more thing to mention, they have been reminding me off my appointment for several days already and they never mentioned that my insurance approval is still pending. I even got a phone call from my doctor to discuss my medication prior to the procedure just a few hours before his office called me again to cancel my appointment. I guess even he had no idea that his office didn’t do their job. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!

I am extremely happy with the outstanding results achieved from the Plano, Texas location. My legs are vein-free....and I am thrilled that I can feel so very comfortable wearing shorts once again. The entire process was very professional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Savcenko is a very impressive physician, who runs a world-class operation. I have and will continue to recommend VCA to my friends and family.

VCA provides excellent care and service at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them.
