I would give them 0 stars
I would give them 0 stars, if I could. Terrible customer service. Never followed up with me about my treatment. I was supposed to have another check up, then COVID hit. Nobody ever contacted me. I would never recommend Vein Clinics of America to anyone. I’m sorry I wasted my insurance and personal money on what ended up being an unnecessary procedure.

I was told what needed to be done…
I was told what needed to be done during the first. The first two procedures were done as explained. The physician talked me through the procedure but I never saw his face. So far I have had no problems with my legs. My procedures were prolonged due to exposure to Covid by a family member and testing. I have been pleased by VCA and the staff is very nice.

AFTER RECEIVING INJECTIONS ON JANUARY…
AFTER RECEIVING INJECTIONS ON JANUARY 13TH 2020 I HAD MORE DAMIAGE ON MY RIGHT LEG THAN BEFORE THE INJECTIONS! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
