All the staff were wonderful to me!!! Always caring and almost like family!! Really made me feel important my feelings were important always!! Dr Kimmet is awesome does great work!! My legs are feeling better then they have for yrs!! She explains everything she does step by step!! Cant say enough good things about this practice!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have recommended Vein Clinics to friends, family, and my physicians. I have had varicose veins for years, and even been recommended the old-fashioned “vein stripping” major surgery years ago. The problem progressed, but I didn’t want major surgery. It got to the point that every time I sat, stood, or walked, my legs would swell horribly, turn red, itch, burn, and hurt terribly. Basically every day was misery from the moment I got up. My varicose veins impacted everything I did. When my son got engaged, I decided that I was going to get my varicose veins fixed, so that I could dance with my son at the wedding, stand for pictures, and, in general, enjoy something I have looked forward to his entire life. I had extensive treatment on both legs over a period of 6 months, which totally changed my life. Living in Texas, wearing compression stockings to try to help my legs before the treatment was a misery. I happily wore them for the 4 days after vein treatment, because, from the first treatment, I could tell I was better. Not only did they take care of my problem without surgery, and without any scarring, the entire staff was a joy to work with. Dr. Kevin Fradkin, the clinic physician, was both professional, gentle, and excellent technically. From the front office staff, to the nurses, technicians, ultrasound specialists, and Nurse Practitioners, all were cheerful, professional, and treated me exactly how a patient wants to be treated - with respect and kindness. My appointments were prompt, and I never waited any length of time to be seen. I have rarely seen this type of speedy, smooth flow of the patient schedule in any area in the medical realm. I just cannot recommend the Vein Clinics of America highly enough. It would have been worth any amount of money to have my problem cured, but they also took care of all billing to insurance, including any needed appeals. For the “cosmetic” superficial stuff, which was the final (very small part) of my treatment, they work hard to make it extremely affordable, so that patients are able to take care of any “out of pocket” expenses without any undue strain. You definitely feel that they aren’t in it strictly for the money, but truly to help as many people with this problem as they can, so their services are at a very reasonable, accessible price. The best thing of all, however, is - NO SURGERY! Everything was done with minimally invasive techniques, using scopes, lasers, and ultra-sound guidance. There was minimal to no discomfort, and they did use numbing medication and made sure that it was sufficient, so that any procedures were comfortable for me. If you wonder if your leg veins are causing your problems, or even if you think they are unsightly and you simply want them to look better, this is the place for you. You can make an appointment and they will do a full evaluation of your problem - you don’t need to have it worked up, and tests and/or a diagnosis before you get there. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They took care of my problem and I was able to happily, comfortably (and without compression stockings) - dance with my son at his wedding.

My service so far at the Waterford Clinic has been very professional. My appointments always start on time or early. Several appointment reminders are sent, so I don't forget. The staff are friendly and professional. The office is very clean. The staff work well with my insurance company getting the authorizations required for my procedures.
