This could be a decent casino
This could be a decent casino, good game selection, straight forward easy to navigate layout, bonuses that offer a value. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star casino is the weight given towards customer attraction vs retention. I will spare the extended version, but I bought a total of 4 packages for $80 which provided $120 SC. There was a problem getting the SC through, and I don't necessarily blame the problem on anything the casino did. What should have been resolved in 10 minutes however, took 3 days and countless emails and messages to resolve. The result being they finally credited the SC to my account even when by this point I requested the reversal of the sale. I never felt like anyone was trying to scam me, it was obvious they didn't want to deal with it, and it didn't matter whether I was happy or not. The whole thing feels like someone who wanted a passive hands off income, and that is the business model they have adopted. .It's great for them, but makes for a horrible experience if you find yourself in a situation where you actually need customer service. I gave them 2 stars instead of one, because I genuinely don't believe they are looking to cheat or scam people. They just don't want to put the time or effort necessary to make this anything other than what it is, an ATM. Nothing illegal or even unethical about running a business that way, just makes for a disappointing experience for the player. There are in my opinion to many places that are looking to build a long term relationship with their customers rather than viewing them as an ATM. As long as the games are fair, which I don't doubt theirs are, the money will equal out to you losing the same 15% no matter where you play. I enjoy it, and consider it as an entertainment expense, no different than dinner and drinks with friends. The value comes from enjoying yourself each time you play, and that unfortunately didn't happen playing here.
