Customer Service is extremely horrible. I told the lady three times with my birthday was and she's still got it wrong and put the wrong birthday. If you ask him a question they're not going to answer it and then they're going to take really long breaks in between what you're trying to do a live chat they won't say anything for 30 minutes each time they'll say something that doesn't make any sense or not even answer your question then you got to wait another 30 minutes for them to do it again and again and again. I'm up $230 and I already can tell I'm not going to be able to redeem it I'm going to try but I really don't think it's going to happen.

The company is completely nonresponsive. They do not respond to emails.

This is the only website of this type that has objectively scammed me. They wait until you buy in a considerable amount, make up a bogus reason as to why your account is banned, and then take everything. Avoid. There are better options that won't take advantage of you.

If I could give this casino zero stars, I completely would. They are a complete scam.I won 350 dollars been waiting for over three weeks to get my money.Customer service is horrible.Tell you the same story over and over.They tell you it can take up to ten business days, but if you request during the week, it's usually under twenty four hours.I get told I should cancel my redemption and request and resubmit it. I never get an email confirmation about my redemption.Request I only get an email every time I cancel my redemption request and is rejected. Do not deposit money on here.I would stay away from this place unless you want to give up your money for free.I was told they're gonna get in touch with their technical department.Well that's been over a week now.Their scum stay away. It also seems customer service answers you when they want to when it's convenient for them.

Update!! THEY Vanished and Gone! Probably Bankrupt So many games and my favourite studio Ela Games here so very happy. So far not able to redeem anything yet but I ll try more as it looks I was a bit greedy:)

This sweeps casino is HORRIBLE!!! They give you .50 a day free sc to play. So…. I was shocked when I won and got it up to over $250. So…. I go through the whole verification process and give them my banking info and they process my redemption and tell me that it should be within 24hrs that I will receive my deposit! So… I contact them several times throughout the weekend trying to find out where my redemption is only to be told on Monday morning…. GOOD NEWS!!! Your redemption was canceled because you should not have been able to cash that out because of our bonus terms! Well… I shouldn’t have been able to do so then as far as I am concerned! I will be writing reviews and posting on all the fb groups I am apart of that have to do with sweeps casinos to let everyone know not to mess with this casino! There are way too many honest ones out there!
