New Casino for me not a bad first run just made my first redemption hopefully get it soon lots of games to choose from, will change to 5 stars once I get it

Support is not very helpful. They advertise a daily bonus. Well, I log in every day and receive 0.50 bonus, however, a few minutes later, it gets removed. I've asked support about it and all they did was say "Please refer to the link." Which is the link to their promotion page, that directly states a daily bonus. I have brought the "problem" to their attention many times. They will not address my concerns about why it keeps getting removed. All inquiries have been ignored. Why would I invest any money in a casino operating like this? 12/21/25: They did finally fix the problem. About 3 days ago. However, it took making a review here on Trustpilot to get any acknowledgment from them. I have never received any communication through chat or email. I'll see how things go.
