Advertised leather, sent polyester. Almost a month to deliver the wrong item. Zero tracking, you don't know where the item is. Wrong cut, wrong colour, way inferior quality. Dishonest merchant. Never again.

VEERALIA SHOPPING SITE .ADVERTISING ON SHOP APP I Placed an order on February 12 th 2026. It is February 25th still has not received an information or updates about my order I had an emailed confirmation from them stating that the items that I had ordered through the shop app will be back in stock on February 24th as of today .I emailed this company 3 TIMES TODAY. No response. ASKING FOR MY FULL REFUND AND STILL NO RESPONSE .THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I FILED A REPORT WITH SHOP APP AND I WILL CONTINUE REPORTED THIS COMPANY UNTIL AM REFUNDED TOTALLING $62.92 CENTS PAID IN FULL.

Ordered a”Merino wool”polo shirt in M(102cm chest)for £38 gbp. I got a 95% polyester/5% cotton screwed up unpressed”garment”that measured 127cm, so 25cm too big. This is classed as”…misrepresentation/defective”so I asked for a refund and free postage. No… Eventually accepted a 50% refund to my CC. Bill arrived today, no refund… Vile scam.

Bought 2 t-shirt on January 24th. After several e-mail's requests they gave me the tracking information and,after 10 days,i note that the order still in the origin airport! No other informations about the expected sailing snd arrival date! The order Was for a birthday gift! already past. It Was my 1st order but will be the last one.i'm very very astonished about this kind of service!it has been a VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Veeralia ,estos son unos ladrones pero muy ladrones venden productos chinos como los de temo y AliExpress, lo que ves en su página web no es el mismo que te llega a tu casa ,los productos lo ves en la página web de una manera y cuando te lo entregan te sorprenden , Una p, mie rda de productos el problema es que te ponen que la devolución disponible y gratis pero en realidad no hay ninguna manera de devolver un producto después de su compra está página no lo recomiendo para nada que son unos estafadores
