I ordered urban sneakers size 9 but they were too wide. The company will not let me return them due to the high cost of international shipping. So I am stuck with these shoes. Poor way to do business. Sure wish I had the reviews before ordering. This company should be out of business

3D Christmas bobble was not what was advertised in the picture as a stunning Christmas globe far from it complained to the company no joy they couldn’t see the problem obviously in the wrong kind of job would not order for them again and would advise anyone doing similar

I have tried several times to contact this company and each time it came back as notice of failure to deliver All I wanted to exchange my shoes were to big.

I made an enormous mistake by not reading the reviews for this company. I ordered two of the furry animal acorn decorations which came as two flat acrylic printed discs…total rubbish. I have requested a refund several times but their latest suggestion was to ‘gift them to friends or family’. It beggars belief! The only place I am gifting them to is the wheelie bin. I don’t think I stand any chance of a refund. NO STARS!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

HORRENDOUS- My order took 3 weeks to arrive in the UK from the USA. Item description is a million miles away from the photos on the website, not even remotely close. Materials , Cheap and nasty very poor quality Workmanship, thrown together , terrible stitching and a huge NO. Quality , A HUGE ZERO out of 10. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS , ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Oh my goodness. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering! As others have already said here, what you receive is not what was advertised. I now have a cheap ( and tatty ) piece of acrylic and not the fluffy ornament advertised. Even one star is too much. Buyers beware and please don't give this fraudulent company your money.
