This doesn't seem to be a proper company – I initially thought they were based in Canada, but that seems to be just a front for a dropshipping enterprise. The item took forever to arrive and was horrible quality and very small for a large when it did. When I wanted to return it, I had to email them first to request permission and find out how to do so. They then offered me either a 30% refund or told me to send it to China at my own expense, warning me this would be very expensive. I did the latter and of course it got lost (I think it might not even be a real address? I wouldn't be surprised!) but thankfully this meant I could then get a full refund from the postage company for both the postage cost and the value of the item, so I would recommend taking this route if you end up in this position. But mainly avoid this company all costs in the first place!!! I'm embarrassed I fell for their website – a moment of madness.

Same as all the other comments. They do not send you what's in the picture they send you a cheap reproduction. Then they tell you it's because of the lighting and image quality. They do not honor refunds. This company is a scam.

Warning! These people are dishonest. I received a low-quality product that was different to the one I paid for.

Ordered what was pictured, a cotton blend outer jacket with fleece lining and sewn on elbow patches. I got a nylon windbreaker with fleece lining and dyed, (a different color at least) elbo patches. To return; must pay for shipping back to China! Avoid this company like Covid!!!!

We ordered a small winter jacket. A month later we received the jacket in the wrong size. This company eventually agreed to replace the item, but went on holiday first. After the holiday ended the company claimed toouch time went by. This company is unreliable.
