Great communication with very friendly agent on our US timezone to set up and communicate with. Contacts at airport and transit were wonderful, moving us through to Galapagos quickly.

Vaya helped us plan our trip to Portugal exactly like we wanted to experience the country. Gretchen and Elizabeth were wonderful agents helping us plan the entire 10 day vacation. We were hooked up with a company in Portugal that had top notch drivers and guides. Our boutique hotels were very comfortable. They were located in great locations. The breakfasts included were exceptional.Our guides were awesome. We had so much fun sharing their cities and country with them. Our food experiences were well selected by our guides. Our guides sought out a lot of local delicacies and traditional foods. What a treat we had tasting!!!! Thank you Vaya!! As soon as Neal and I figure out the next country we will call on your services. You are the BEST and we are blessed to have found you online. My wife and I celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary on this trip and Vaya certainly helped make it a memorable experience for us. To begin with the Amazon itself is unimaginable and unforgettable and nice touches like the special cake baked for us by the wonderful people on the excellent “Tucano” , the champagne and chocolates in our suite in Rio, dinner at “Guiseppi’s”. All of it really was nice. I must mention the great guides as well. Lovely people every one. All in all a great experience.

Our trip to the Amazon was amazing! The Anaconda cruise staff and guides helped us to seek out many critters! The birds were amazing! This is my second trip with Vaya to South America and both have been great!

The team was extremely help from start to finish. We collaborated frequently on crafting the details of our trip, and got all questions answered quickly along the way. During our trip, the in-country guides and drivers were all excellent. We would use Vaya again for planning a major trip.

Our trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos was fabulous! I can't say enough about Fernando and Billy, our daily guides who were thoughtful, expert, and amazingly knowledgeable about everything! Loved the daily excursions and the experience of seeing the wildlife in their natural habitat was really wonderful! VAYA’s Gabrielle was delightful and extremely helpful. I really asked her a lot of questions (even feared I was a pest for my inquiries), yet she always responded with immediate replies and totally helpful information! I am ready to book another VAYA trip through her. Really appreciate all she did for us!

We had an awesome trip to South Africa. It was carefully planned out by Heather and we loved it all. She is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions to make our trip so wonderful. Because of her personal travel experience in South Africa, she was able to recommend so many things relating to restaurants, events, et cetera. She let us have our own time for exploring, but the guided tours she scheduled covered more than we would have done on our own. Heather was also always available to answer all our questions and she had so much patience with us! The information package provided by Vaya was extensive and covered all aspects of traveling to a foreign country. The app for the itinerary was very handy and also very easy to use. We enjoyed a few days in Cape Town and a day of visiting wineries in Franschhoek. Our time on safari was so memorable. We stayed at Rockfig in Timbavati, which is a magical place. We saw so many animals on our game drives. The guides were so knowledgeable and all the Rockfig staff are amazing. We loved Victoria Falls. South Africa is an amazing country. I hope we can go back! Thank you Vaya Adventures for providing us with a trip of a lifetime!
