Planning our trip to Patagonia was almost as fun as the trip itself. They had just the right amount of personnel/guides to help when needed, but never overbearing. They have a very flexible approach that aloud us to create an itinerary that was tailored to our request. Would definitely recommend their company.

Great experience from the very first phone call to Vaya until the end of our adventure. All the bookings were perfect. Hotels were wonderful-/guides were a delight. Would use them again in a heartbeat! We loved our trip!!

All I can say is that Vaya was an absolutely amazing company to work with. Everything that we planned together and that was promised worked out perfectly! It was a trip of a lifetime in all ways.

Very knowledgable with great advice. Understood my preferences very well. Only issue was slightly needed tweaking of hotels arranged. Not all had been directly vetted and they were a little less than great.

They put together a marvelous trip for us to Ecuador and Peru. Good service; good prices; good people. We will use them again next time we go to South America

Vaya is a very professional and dedicated travel service especially excellent at small, custom touring, perfect for families and small groups with like-minded goals and attitudes. Vaya has assisted our family with two excellent trips thus far and we could not have been happier. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in designing the trip exactly the way you want it. As a family, we did not not want the "tourist vacation" and Vaya built a schedule and program just for us. Exceptional way to experience South America with a custom program. THANK YOU to Vaya!
