We were looking for a great multigenerational family adventure to the Galapagos and Vaya Adventures stood out among the companies we considered because they specialized in South American travel. Our agent, Liz, helped us put together the perfect itinerary starting in Quito with tours of the Center of the World, chocolate tastings, walking tours and a cooking class. Then we flew to the Islands for 5 days to embark on a beautiful catamaran, The Elite, which held 16 passengers. The ship was beautiful, the service was top notch, and the guided adventures were excellent. We experienced snorkeling, bird watching, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and saw the famous creatures the Galagos are known for. We felt like we did a lot but had plenty of time to explore on our own. All the details were handled for us- from pick up from the airport, unique and excellent accommodations, excellent guides, transportation between destinations. The app was easy to use and had all the information we needed about the trip ahead of time plus Liz was available if we had questions. We highly recommend Vaya Adventures.

The guides were wonderful. The places we stayed and the food were exceptional. Every flight and transfer went smoothly with no glitches. Marci, our Vaya representative, did a great job helping us plan our trip to Ecuador once I told her where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We had a great adventure.

Heather was great. She listened to our wishes and designed a wonderful trip, well balanced in activities and flawless re.connections, flights etc. The only disappointment was one of the hotels which was not up to the standard of the rest of our trip. Great game drives, great guides and interesting history in CapeTown.

The Vaya staff who helped us plan and then organize the trip were knowledgeable about Spain, responsive and focused on our trip goals. Execution once we were there was seamless, with excellent guides who enriched our experience of everything we visited, and made terrific suggestions for sights/experiences we would otherwise not have had.

Every detail of our trip in Peru and Ecuador was perfect. The itinerary met our expectations, the guides were fantastic. Accommodations were beautiful, clean, and well located. The food was outstanding. I would highly recommend Vaya to plan your vacation. We will definitely have them plan our next adventure in South America.
