Love the device
Love the device. So easy to use and saves so much more time than using google translate and has over 100 different languages. I got the V4 which is the higher end and it is very accurate with speech especially which is difficult for many devices to do. I also love the picture option. I'm still getting used to using it but so far I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Best money I've ever spent.

Capable and helpful Support even during off hours
My croatian app stopped working after a year, and I didn't have the email proving that I had purchased it. But the technicians helped me anyway. And now the croatian lady with the nice voice is speaking to me again. Before it had only been showing the text but not audibly. Thanks for your help.

It actually works
It actually works I had bought a different brand translator which advertised it works on I phone & Android. It did not work on ANY Android. USPS refused to mail it back due to Lithium batteries (even though they mailed it to me with the same battery in it). FedEx wanted $250 to return it to Lithuania.

I like the simple setup after I bought the first one I ordered a 2nd one I have one set up English to spanish and the other set up spanish to english now I can have a conversation with my employees also your fast shipping I have already recommended your product to other people

Great unit and will be buying the ear piece ones as well
I like the overall performance of the unit. The translation is quick as long as you are connected. I would love to have more voice pronunciations but it makes my reading faster to it works for me. The only feature I wish I had was to choose the languages I want to use only rather than having to scroll through all to find the one I want. I’m learning 7 languages so it only keeps a limited amount on top. It’s not a deal breaker. I love the unit and have already shared the contact information for the unit with several people.
