Customer service makes it impossible to return and get a refund. They just throw up road blocks. Definitely not a reputable company.

DO NOT BUY!! I have 2 of there machines. The first one only worked for 7 hours. I bought another bigger model until I could get info on repairs for the first one. After over a year of trying to get my machines repaired there is no support from Varon. They will not service them unless they are under warranty and you have the original order number. They will not repair and they will not help you find anyone that services these machines. They have no problem flooding my email to buy another one. They have 0 support for maintenence and repairs unless under warranty..

My wife's new Varon concentrator is such an incredible improvement over her old unit. The Varon is extremely quiet and very light compared to the old unit

My experience buying from Varon has been great. I live in El Salvador and have purchased their portable VP-2 oxygen concentrator twice. I must say that in my country no store specialized in medical equipment sells portable oxygen concetrators. Varon's concentrators are very reliable, easy to operate, function great. The last VP-2 portable oxygen concentrator I had lasted 3.5 years with constant use. I like these portable concentrators because you can take them anywhere and are not bulky. Varon offers really great discounts and coupons on national holidays, and sometimes even give bundle offers. Their shipping was fast and the concentrator was well packaged. So far, I have no complaints. I will definitely keep buying from them. For me, they are my only option, and I thank them for thinking about people with breathing problems and offering their products at an affordable price. I know there are other brands out there but they are way expensive.

I have three reviews. first their green cannula. the odor of the plastic is horrible. they should be embarrassed to sell them. I threw mine away. 2nd, the VP-8G. for me is hard to adapt to being a mouth breather especially while sleeping but once asleep it seems to work fine. It is a portable unit and is great for that porpoise, it is at night while traveling were the problem exists, at home I use a continuous flow unit at night. 3rd the VH-2 pro. I like it much better than the pulse flow since I use it mostly for sleeping. The only problem it has so far is the AC power cord, it keeps falling out. I really like the touch screen, it makes it very easy to turn of and on.

Purchased 4 nebulizer masks per pictured item on their website. They substituted the items for another style and my elderly mother cannot use the substituted items. Items are still sealed but they refuse to return. Will not order from them again

It was easy to order and was delivered on time and on the day they said it would with care the machine i got was very well made and good quality if you need help it's easy to contact customer service and also i order some spare parts just filters and a extra water tank i put off buying one of quite some time because I was worried about the sound levels but when it's running you can bailey hear it i absolutely would recommend it to family and friends thank you for my Varon VH2
