I purchased a vaporizer from Vapor Seller. Their prices are amazing compared to anyone else online that I found. Their shipping is free and when I contacted customer service because my order didn't give an estimated shipping date, she was very quick to respond and said that it will arrive in 4-7 business days by UPS and the package can be tracked. The online chat was quick and I got the answers I needed.

What more can one ask? I purchased a Palm vaporizer, and it works as advertised. Shipping came in at the low end of the promised date range, and the product was securely and discreetly packaged. Very satisfied.

What we ordered was delayed and Vapor Seller worked with us to keep the order and still make is a good experience.

I ordered DA Buddha vaporizer today from Vaporsellers and was super impressed with how quickly their customer service responded to my chat question. Shortly after ordering I received an email saying that Da Buddha is on back order from the manufacturer and that I could wait, receive a similar but less expensive product and get the difference back, or recieve a full refund. At this point I was pretty frustrated thinking it would be a long, drawn out process to get my refund, but upon sending a request through the online chat system a service rep immediately responded and I received the refund within 3 minutes. Needless to say, despite not actually getting what I ordered, I was very happy with the quick service and help. I would definitely recommend vaporsellers.
