Experience was good. I got an e-mail shorty after I placed the order that the Arizer Extreme Q was essentially on backorder. I was worried, but eventually received the product. It was brand new, in perfect shape, and works great.

Great prices and when the confirmation email failed to send the customer service provided quick service and fixed my issue within minutes. If they have the product you are looking for chances are they have the loqest price. Free shipping too.

Several days after ordering an item with expedited shipping, I was told via email that it was out of stock. I was told that I could substitute an item that was half the price of what I paid and there was no offer to refund the extra money I paid for shipping. I asked for a refund for the shipping and an ETA for when the item I ordered would be in stock. I sent that on a Thursday and did not hear back until the following Monday. I was told that they could not give me an ETA and was only offered a refund for my item. Besides being completely incapable of serving me as a customer, this company has wasted a significant amount of my time.

Seems like a good place to buy from, I would recommend it. Had a question about a product and they got back to me within 5 minutes...shipped fast, and wasn't damaged. Plus, the price was hard to beat.

The only reserve I have is that when I ordered my product was not in so I had to patiently wait until they got another shipment. But even then I was notified and my product came swiftly after.I love tthe vape. Broke it in with my friends and they were just as impressed. Easy to use and actually pretty discreet. Not as much as other vapes but good. And low maintenance which was what I was going for.
