customer service is amazing! I placed an order but forgot something and they were nice enough to combine it with original order to avoid 2 separate shipping costs. Will definitely order from this company again. And will refer this to family and friends

Vapor authority was very helpful in my order of a smok rpm2 s, will definitely be a return customer if i ever need a new mod. Also i want to thank customer representative Cameron for giving me a 1st time buyer reward! :)

I have been buying vaping products for years, but never have I seen such great customer care ! Quality product, timely delivery, frequent updates (shipping), and last but never least, kindness. The Vapor Authority is now my go-to "store"

I can’t say enough good things about Vapor Authority. Excellent prices, fast shipping and the customer service is second to none. They have earned my business for life and I recommend them to everyone.

I placed an order in my attempt to try something new. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my choice. I contacted Vapor Authority and authough I wasn't able to return or exchange my order, they provided me with a one time partial credit. I am extremely grateful. I don't feel like I completely wasted my money. Thank you very much!!

this is a great company to deal with, great customer service and they had what I needed, which I cannot find where I live.
