If possible I would leave no stars... I visited their site during a weak moment (I have stage 4 cancer and I am trying desperately hard to quit) I didn't purchase anything but they continued to email me until I finally relented. I then tried to cancel and was ignored, now I got an email that the delivery (I don't want) is going to take over a week and they charge a $13 delivery fee... I will make it my mission to tank this unscrupulous business!!! I've still got about 3 good years left in me.

These people got hacked or sold personal information. I haven’t vaped in years, all of a sudden I’m getting bombarded by spam calls and then emails claiming to contain tracking links to my Vapor Authority purchase. Don’t give these people your info.

I'M A 5 YEAR CUSTOMER, 5 STAR EVERYTIME, REPLIED TO EVERY EMAIL, ALWAYS PICKED UP THE PHONE.
NO RESPONSE FROM ORIGINAL @VAPORAUTHORITY.COM ADDRESS, CHANGED ON WEBSITE TO @GMAIL.COM.

Edit: In response to the company/hackers reply, that's nonsense if its under new management what's the need to change the company email to a generic @gmail.com address, I've emailed the @vaporauthority.com address 6 times now with no response, guess your not replying after all. Trust me people something going with the website, even bank statements don't match up. They even removed all the government mandated minor use prevention tool including the age verification and signature requirements, does that make sense to anyone?
There are are complaints all over of orders not being processed, not being shipped, money being stolen, bank statements not matching, etc.... yet my review claiming the site was hacked was the only one responded to, the one below mine is only 1 day older yet they didn't respond to it.
I'm telling ya people, don't do it, you'll be right here making a review complaining about it.

We completely understand why the recent changes to the website, email address (you can still reach us at [email protected]), and response times would be concerning, particularly given your previous experience with us.
We want to reassure you that the website was not hacked or taken over. The business is under new management. As part of that transition, we have been updating the website, inventory, and other systems to reflect the change. This unfortunately resulted in the site being temporarily unavailable, slower-than-usual customer service responses, and delays with some orders while everything was being transitioned.
We sincerely apologize that the changes were not communicated more clearly and that the transition affected your experience. We understand how, from a customer's perspective, seeing a new email address, an “under construction” message, and delays in communication could understandably look suspicious.

Customer Service is MIA
I have been ordering from this company for about 6 years and have never had an issue until recently. Placed an order on 7/13/2026. Shipping company claimed they attempted delivery but Ring camera shows that they were never here. Shipping company returned the item to Vapor Authority almost a month ago and I haven’t heard anything since. Have tried multiple times to contact VA and they do not answer emails or their phone. $76 gone. Sincerely, Susan Kelley

Not worth it. I bought the Kanger EVOD starter kit. They took the charger out the package and taped it to the back of the kit. They took two kits to make 1 kit. Crappy.

Ich habe mehr für diese Website ausgegeben als für eine andere, da auf Ihrer Website der Versand am selben Tag und die zusätzliche Kostenoption "Beschleunigte Lieferung - zweitägige Lieferung" beworben wurden." Ich habe weit über die "100 USD für kostenlosen Versand ausgegeben." Es waren noch ein paar USD mehr für die 2-Tages-Option. Der Grund, warum ich das tun musste, war, ich wette, Sie können es erraten... Die Zeit drängte. Dieser Kauf wurde also so berechnet, dass er am zweiten Tag des Monats August eintrifft. Das ist von größter Bedeutung; Meine Frau und ich fahren ab dem dritten August in den Urlaub. Also war alles in Ordnung, dachte ich. Ich meine, sie versenden am selben Tag, und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die auf der Website ANGEGEBENEN ZUSÄTZLICHEN KOSTEN für die LIEFERUNG innerhalb von ZWEI TAGEN zu bezahlen. Die E-Mail, die von diesem Verkäufer gesendet wurde, bestätigt meine Bestellung genau um 00:03 Uhr, einunddreißigster Juli. Nun, das Paket ist nicht hier. Es wird nicht erwartet, dass es frühestens am vierten August hier sein wird. Ich habe die Mathematik gemacht, das geht sicher nicht aufwärts. Pünktlichkeit ist relevant und Ihr Unternehmen hat dies nicht ausgeführt. Sie bieten eine Option an, die Sie nicht ehren. Vaporauthority Dies war mein erster Kauf und sicherlich ist es mein letzter Kauf, der Ihr Geschäft betrifft. Wenn ich wüsste, dass Sie nur locker die Versandzeiten usw. verwenden... Ich hätte die Hälfte von dem gespart, was ich dafür ausgegeben habe, verarscht zu werden, und genau die gleichen Artikel von vapesource oder anderen sorgfältig formulierten Informationen erhalten, um die richtigen Erwartungen zu setzen, Geschäfte, die ihre Kunden nicht völlig verarschen. Ein Tag ist ein Tag, also habe ich jetzt keinen Vape mehr so gut wie meine Frau, danke. Wir schätzen die Zuverlässigkeit, es ist sehr zuverlässig!

This company charges you about 30$ shipping for a tiny package that will cost them 3-5$ at most to ship. Especially in the same state. But yet when they get the package back as a return, they do not refund you any of that. had very high hopes to order a lot of things from them. Complete scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Hi "John" Vape mail is tough these days with all of the regulations. I understand your frustration. But, let's be truthful here - Domestic shipping with mandated adult signature is maximum $11.98 - we don't make a dime of profit from shipping and we actually absorb any excess cost for our beloved customers. $3-$5 sadly wouldn't even cover the adult signature fee alone. unfortunately, every vape retailer has been forced to now add signature to the shipping label.
We do recommend planning ahead so that you or another adult is home at the time of delivery to sign for the package. Keep an eye on tracking updates and perhaps don't place an order when you know you'll be away on vacation for the next week or so.
We also suggest considering delivery to your workplace where there will always be some adult available to sign during business hours.
All vape retailers are dealing with the same hardships that come as a result of over regulation and the enforcement of impractical rules.
Sorry for any inconvenience that this experience has caused.

Discriminatory pick and choose of customer base...
I placed an order here for about 350$ since they actually had stock of what I wanted only to have it canceled 3 days after placing. The company chooses to not ship to secured PO boxs. They wont answer a question why either, talking about you Adam. They charge extra for usps protection but wont use the most secure feature they offer. Ridiculous and not covered on their website at all. If verification if identity is the goal for compliance than why wouldn't the most verified identity ship to location be accepted? They want to sell you information and you cant spam PO boxs. Couple this with the buggy and barely useable shopping cart that crashes over and over. If the few dollars you save is worth the hassle and discrimination or you support people that make up unwritten policies at a whim, order here. Otherwise do business with a real company.
