Vapor AuthorityReviews of vaporauthority.com

Great customer service and quick shipping! Good prices!

Good pricing and fast shipping. Also had opportunity to deal with customer service and my issue was dealt with extremely fair and expedient. Will no doubt do business with in the future.

Vapor Authority is an outstanding, first class company that makes the online purchase experience worthwhile. Being a vape user since they were invented, I won't even consider any other outlet other than Vapor Authority for all my vaping needs. Keep up the good work !

The delivery people said my order was delivered. It was not. I contacted Vapor Authority. Within a couple of days I was informed that they were checking it out and I would be reimbursed or my order filled. Shortly my order arrived with great products I expected.

UNBELIEVABLE Customer Support! I had a small issue with my 2nd order with them; Customer Support was patient with me and resolved my issue professionally, fairly, and quickly. I will definitely be using Vapor Authority in the future. 5-Stars Totally happy!

The shipping is awful. There are several options that use shipping methods to have your purchase to you within a few days. You can expect at least 2 weeks with this outfit.

Always a great selection with very detailed descriptions and explanations. Customer service has always been extremely responsive and super quick! My go-to vape store since I found it in 2018.

I have bought from vapor authority a few times now and have always been pleased, in fact, I had a coupon that didn't work at checkout and told them and they refunded me the amount I would have saved! Thanks you guys
