Horrible customer service...like really really really really bad... Makes me feel like anyone fresh out of high school can start a vape distribution.

Some of the lowest prices around, but the consistently slow shipping makes it a last resort. The last 2 $150+ orders took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

I have been ordering batteries and juice from VSS for over a year now and I've yet to have a bad experience. When it comes to juice, their prices are unmatched anywhere, and by a significant margin. When I first started vaping, years and years ago, the average price for juice was around $15 per 30ml bottle, and even up until I discovered VSS I was paying around $20 for a 60 ml. My current order is $20 for 300 ml, which amounts to around 1/5th the price I was paying previously. As a result, I have saved hundreds of dollars. While I've yet to experience any bad service or long delays in my ordering, and while I am sympathetic to those who have left bad reviews over such service, I think that at these prices you're probably dealing with a bare bones staff who move A LOT of juice. While I'm not trying to justify the bad service, I do think that seeming lack of any customer service staff is probably the trade off to maintain these prices.

It took 2 weeks before my juice was shipped. I emailed them twice asking if it had been shipped or if there was a tracking number but they never responded to either email. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

DO NOT BUY. Sent wrong juice then didn't respond to e-mails or make any sort of effort to remedy the situation.

Warning be careful ordering juice at Vape Society. I been ordering from here for the past 6 months at least once or twice a month and this recent order that i just recieved was a big mistake on their side. One of my bottles sealed cap was broken and had no dripping cap on the bottle and it leaked all inside of my package! I called the customer service and told them what happened and they basically said No refunds! Only 10 percent off on your next order. My Worst experience from this site and company. If i were you I'd try ordering from another site that gives refunds or at least sends you a another bottle, that you paid for. The product was damaged before they even sent it out to me. I'll be ordering from somewhere else were they dont steal your money if your product is broken or spilled from the bottle. Wish i could add a picture to show my package with all the Liquid spilled from the bottle.
