Vape Society SupplyReviews of vapesocietysupplies.com

I have been ordering from them for several years and only had one issue with a missing item that was resolved quickly. No other problems at all. In fact on some orders they ship me a promotional "freebie" from time to time.

I placed two orders with them recently trying to stock up before the vape shipping ban kicks in. It took 19 days to receive one of my orders but to be fair to them, the prices and selections are great, the shipping speed is slow and the customer service is horrible. I can live with the slower shipping because of the selections and prices but they definitely need to do something about their almost non existent customer service. If they'd have a person working full time to address their customers this company would be top notch. If you don't mind waiting for your products then it's fantastic but if you're impatient, like I sometimes get, then this isn't the best place for you. But remember that they do have juices that are impossible to find anywhere else.

I had a great experience buying from them for the first time on 1/5/21. I ordered 6 juices for a total of ~ $66. Fantastic deal. I was worried when, after I had already placed my order, I read the TONS of horrible reviews about them never delivering orders and never answering their phone or responding to emails. But I recieved everything in 10 days and was able to track the package after they handed it off to USPS. It wasn't the fastest delivery but given how poorly USPS has been managed lately and the fact it's still relatively close to the holiday season, I have no complaints. It's worth waiting 10 days for prices like these. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of all of the people who had obviously had a terrible experience with this company. I believe customer service is paramount so I don't like seeing SO MANY bad reviews for a company. They can't all be fake reviews or impatient people. But to reiterate, I had a great experience with this company. I'm just hesitant to order again because of the bad reviews. Luckily I bought enough juice to last me a long while.

I have nothing bad to say about vape society I ordered my juices and some coils on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. I got the No.5 by beard vape co. and No. 32. I haven't tried 32 yet but No. 5 seems to not have much of a taste at all. I have bought plenty of The One by beard vape co. from stores and they a very flavorful. I dont know if it's just a bad batch or it supposed to be like that.

I'm a long-time customer, maybe two and a half years or something like that. I order a few times a year at most, almost always over $100. I arrived here after my last shipment took an unusually long time to get shipped out and was horrified at the reviews. Has something happened over there? All told, it took exactly a week from date of order to delivery for me to get my latest order, I am on the other side of the country from their Nevada warehouse. VSS does definitely always take longer to process in comparison to other online vape retailers but it's never been this bad. After my order was still showing as "processed" six days after ordering, I sent them an email inquiring about status. To my surprise, it was shipped out just a few hours later using USPS 2-Day Priority. I am hoping recent issues are mostly due to the holidays and the uncertain regulatory environment in the U.S. right now, but who can say. I am hesitant to recommend VSS however I'll probably continue to order from them as other than their shipping times, they haven't really let me down. Except one time they held my order hostage because a juice I ordered was out of stock and didn't tell me until I took it upon myself to ask where my stuff was. Pros: Great variety Good juices Excellent prices Orders have always been accurate Trustworthy website Easy ordering Cons: Longer shipping time than other retailers Spotty customer service Bad inventory system (site will let you order things that are in fact not in stock, this can delay orders) Overall I give Vape Society Supply 4 stars, mostly due to their highly competitive prices and wide variety of juices, the biggest negative as other reviews clearly demonstrate is their long shipping times and questionable communication. Hope this is helpful to someone!

------updated review. the reason why my order took so long was because they were out of two juices that i had ordered. I got in contact with someone on their facebook and he or she fixed the issue right away and told me to pick new juices and it would be sent out the next day, which it was. They let me get juices that were a little more expensive which is decent customer service, but they also sent me a black hat and two 100ml chubby storage bottles. so they did indeed make up for the lack of communication, and everytime i get juice from vape society supply, it is always steeped well and good to go. Other places i have bought juice from, they willl be so light in color and i have to steep them myself for sometimes up to a month for the juice to come full circle. Not giving a five star because if they were out of my juices, it could easily have been fixed by a simple response to my tons of emails and phone calls. I understand it was a busy week, but businesses get busy and to run a good business you gotta have really good customer service to keep it alive! Thank you for fixing my order and sending me a black hat. You guys really do have the best vape juice, best quality as well and really really good prices. Shipping is always fast once your order is confirmed. Got it in two days. Great customer service once I was able to get a hold of someone! old review below: I really just want my money back now. Ordered Nov 2, almost 100$ purchase still no confirmation, never had problems like this before in the past, ever. I know it was a busy holiday weekend but I have reached out over ten times now with emails and phone calls. Not cool at all to just completely ignore a customer. Wish i would have gone through the other sites I use for vape juice they just have my absolute favorite ones. Paid for shipping for this crap, super lame.

Read all of the bad reviews and still gave it a try . Juice I use was $5.00 a bottle cheaper than another supplier I frequently buy from . Service wasn't Amazon prime but I received my entire order within 10 days from the date is was placed. My suggestion would be if you need things quick use a brick and mortar ,but for a non time sensitive restock their prices are great

Edited December 2020: (I originally left a 5 star review for this company back in 2019. I’ve made a few more purchases and they’ve all been pretty standard, often times the shipping takes longer than other companies but the items do eventually arrive. This past month I made another order, but realized I needed to cancel. I reached out to customer service three hours after my order was placed and requested to cancel my order. Not only did I never hear back from customer service about this issue, I also never received a refund and my order was shipped a week later. It’s unfortunate that reviews seem to ring true that this company has a problem with customer service actually answering them when they reach out. For this reason I’m docking this original review a star and updating to 4 stars.) I was nervous ordering from this site after seeing some of the negative reviews on TrustPilot. Fortunately, I didn’t listen to them. My order was marked as shipped the day after it was ordered, and was scanned at the post office as on its way immediately. The company made no delay to send my product whatsoever, and this has been an excellent and pleasant transaction. I will be keeping them in mind for future purchases!!
