Can anyone please post a phone number to call?

I ordered over 120 worth of juice on the 16th of this month. It is now the 30th and the order is still “processing”. I have been emailing and calling for the last 6 days but haven’t received any sort of response whatsoever.

I feel everyone on here. I been using VSS for over a year now and the last 6 months have been a nightmare. Sure the prices are great, but when you have to wait 2+ weeks to get your juice, you end up having to go to your local vape shop and spend 3x the amount. I feel there inventory system is garbage and they never have it, but the website will say otherwise. The best luck I've had is to keep calling, and when I mean keep calling, I MEAN KEEP CALLING. Call 25 times minimum and they will normally pick up. Give them your order number and they will get it out that day. I keep going back to them only for the prices. TIP101: If you know you have enough Juice to hold you over for a month, Order a month in advance.

I would give zero if it would allow. I was cautious after reading reviews, but figured those were one offs. I have ordered from numerous vape stores and have never received such slow service. Place my order Dec 18 and still processing, absolutely ridiculous for any business. I understand that many vape companies are cautious with the FDA breathing down their necks, but they can still process and ship orders.

Received timely handful of orders since 2018, most recently last month. Suddenly my Dec 20 order is being completely ignored. Googled if anyone else having similar trouble, and holy CRAP look at all these complaints. Noticed status languishing in "Processing" for uncharacteristically long 5 days so I emailed. 3 days no reply so posted to web support form. More crickets. Message to VSS below. BEGIN My order 832527 was placed Fri Dec 20. Nine days later and status still says "Processing" ? Every day since then has NOT been a holiday what's going on please? No notice of anticipated delays at time of order, on the site, or by email? It's common business practice to notify of expected delays and not leave customer hanging. END

Placed an order on the 10th, and fifteen days later the order still lists as “processing”. Multiple attempts to contact customer service, absolutely no response. Wish I would have looked into the company more before purchasing.

They took my order and confirmed it. There is no response on where the order went. They charged 8.99$ for express shipping and there is no package. I have emailed them three times with my order number and received no response. They accept the money and never send the order.

We placed an order on 12/2/19 and website says still proceesing it. We havent recived our order and our charge was processed. I have called numerous times, sent emails and request thru the website with NO response. horrible customer service!
