This is specifically for the 2025 ACU Colorado course. VanEd is generally very good. The course took 7-1/2 hours. Was supposed to be FOUR hour course. I'm generally good with coursework, exams, etc. I have multiple advanced engineering degrees. So much extraneous material. Especially all of the Anti-Trust. That could have been covered with maybe five slides. As usual, the exam was on the minutiae, rather than the critical overarching concepts.

We appreciate your feedback on the 2025 ACU Colorado course. We're sorry the course exceeded the expected time. We'll review the content, especially the anti-trust section, and exam focus to ensure it aligns with key concepts. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I'm not a big fan of the updated format. It is not as user friendly as the previous version. Getting back to where you were in a course when leaving to review a link is cumbersom and requires too many steps.

We appreciate your feedback and time. We're sorry the updated format isn't as user-friendly as the previous version. We'll review the course navigation and reduce the steps to improve your experience.

Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolOct 22, 2025
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll look into the possibility of adding a slide bar to make the screen easier to read during exams or tests.

The class was supposed to be on Trust Accounts yet they had a huge amount on DEI and Discrimination by White real estate agents. It is outdated and nonsense. Let's perpetuate the myth that all white people are racists. Good job VanEd. The Final Exam was nonsense as well. You were required to memorize acts from 1964 and 1968 to prove that whites are racists. Test questions had wrong answers as the only choices.

We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the class didn't meet your expectations regarding the focus on trust accounts. We'll review the content related to DEI and discrimination, as well as the final exam, to ensure accuracy and relevance. Your comments are valuable as we improve our course materials.

Managed to get through the course with the sections reviewed. I am a care giver so never had times that I could spend on the test. Very good information that is applicable to my work. Thanks to all.

Course focused on protecting commission and selling the idea of staging to seller than truly helping client/seller. Also test disappeared while answering the last question. I believe I still passed by haven't received certificate yet.
