I really like the new platform. I loved that I could easily turn on the voice and that there were very limited videos. It worked well for me that I could take the class through out the week.

Horrific problem on Saturday morning, no one there to fix it until Monday. This was the one day I set aside to finish my 24 credits for Real Estate Broker C.E. This is no way to run any business.

We regret the trouble you experienced on Saturday. We are sorry that our team was unavailable to address the issue promptly, especially given the importance of your Real Estate Broker C.E. We'll review our weekend support to prevent this in the future.

It was overall an ok course to build understanding. However the material had some odd questions in a few of lesson assessments, and heavy repetition of questions asking the same thing in the final assessment. Don't plan to sit down in one go to do this. I broke it up over a few weeks. I was surprised at 118 questions for final assessment with about 20% of those questions repeating.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are sorry to hear about the issues with the assessments' repetition and odd questions. We will review the material to improve the course.
