The course was filled with great information. I found the time needed to take in all presented was daunting, as I wanted to click every link for more information shared. I learned a great deal, and I thank Van Ed for that.

Excellent course and price
Excellent course and price. Customer service people and their AI should know their system and responded in a more informative manner.

We have called a few times to see if…
We have called a few times to see if certain doctors are covered under our policy and I’ve been told they were when they in fact we’re not this has cost us a lot of money out-of-pocket way beyond what you already charge for a very minimal coverage plan Outsourcing your call centers is ridiculous and makes it very difficult to figure out wh which doctors are actually covered by my plan
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolNov 24, 2025
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the incorrect information regarding your coverage and the unexpected costs you incurred. We'll review our call center's procedures to ensure accurate information is provided in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

One thing I did not like is that I had…
One thing I did not like is that I had a survey at the end, I thought. Then they hit me with the final. It also took an extremely long time to take this course. I thought it was done well though, and I got a lot of strong information and was prepped well enough to do good on the test
Response from VanEd - Real Estate SchoolNov 24, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and are glad the course content was helpful and prepared you for the test. We're sorry the final test was unexpected and that the course length was longer than anticipated. We will review this.
