Easy to follow and user friendly.

The screen would not proceed after a slide. I spent well over an hour attempting to fix the glitch. They suggested I try a different browser, which did eventually work, but it backed me up 30 screens that I had to re-read. The amount of time required on each screen is far too long. I spent so much time after reading to sit there and wait for the time to expire before it would allow you to move on with the lesson.

I urgently needed my certificate on 10/1/26 for DORA. I completed the course that day and only afterward learned it could take 24–48 hours to receive my certificate. There was no clear disclosure that certificates were not available immediately upon completion. Had I known, I would have chosen another provider. I still do not have access to my certificate. This delay has created a serious issue for me. If I could give a negative-star rating, I would.

Educational materials were spot on.

Having to listen to a computer read the screen is ridiculous. There were so many repeats of each category which was totally unnecessary. The estimated time of 3.33 hours was totally inaccurate. You no longer track people's continuing education progress which is very inconvenient. We would never recommend your company ever again.

There were major grammatical errors. Almost every question had errors.

I wrote a review after the course was complete.

The instructor was great. He touched on the important points and made listing to him very easy.
