It saddens us deeply that you as a customer have not been treated well, leading you to write this review. We do appreciate and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This will help us, as we strive to create the best possible customer experience. We did currently move to the corporate office in South Carolina earlier this year and that caused a lot of delays for existing orders due to the move and we now have all new systems. We have now worked out all the issues from the move. We want to do everything possible to fulfill our customers over all experience with our company. Please accept our apology, we never want to disappoint our customer or give them a bad or poor experience with our company. Customer service is important and we always appreciate the opportunity to address any dissatisfaction with our products and services. We did currently move to the corporate office in South Carolina earlier this year and however that did put a huge delay on orders existing before the move.
